SMS Messaging & TCPA Compliance

We take SMS compliance seriously. Here's how we handle text messaging:

  • Explicit Consent: We only send SMS messages after obtaining your explicit opt-in consent
  • Separate Opt-ins: Review request messages and promotional messages require separate consent
  • Easy Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message to immediately unsubscribe
  • HELP Support: Reply HELP for assistance with our messaging service
  • Message Frequency: Review requests are sent once per visit; promotional messages up to twice monthly
  • Standard Rates: Message and data rates may apply based on your carrier
